Carrier Credential Deletion Amendment
1About this Amendment
Amends the LanePilot Terms of Service currently in force (Version 4.3, effective August 17, 2026). It does not replace them. Except as amended here, the Terms of Service remain in full force. Where this Amendment conflicts with the Terms of Service, this Amendment governs.
2Amendment to Section 11 (Connecting Your Carrier Accounts)
In Section 11, the sentence:
"LanePilot stores Carrier Credentials encrypted. LanePilot will delete an active Carrier Credential promptly when you disconnect the Carrier or close your account, and will never retain a live credential under a legal hold."
is replaced with:
"LanePilot stores Carrier Credentials encrypted. LanePilot will delete an active Carrier Credential promptly when you disconnect the Carrier. On account closure, LanePilot destroys Carrier Credentials with the rest of the account's data when the 29-day recovery window described in Section 21.3 ends, and will never retain a live credential under a legal hold."
No other provision of the Terms of Service is changed by this Amendment.
