Pricing and Plan Schedule

Annual billing. Each of the four paid Subscription Tiers above may also be billed yearly in advance, as an alternative to monthly billing, at the annual prices below.

The free plan and the Pause tier are not affected by this paragraph. Pause already has its own yearly option, at $190 per year, stated in the table above.

Every allowance in the table above resets at the beginning of each new period and does not roll over. Unused quote credits, invoice audits and dispute letters do not carry forward into the following period. The one-time bonus credits described in Section 2 are the only exception and do not expire.

The free plan is the only tier with a separate audit meter. On Shipper and Professional, an invoice audit spends one quote credit from the same pool as a rate quote, which is the rule stated in Section 6.3 of the Terms. On Professional+ and Command, invoice audits are unlimited and draw no quote credit.

The warehouse products, priced with the tiers and not among them. The six rows above are Subscription Tiers, and an Organization holds exactly one of them at a time. The two warehouse products are priced here beside the tiers because each is a monthly subscription bought and paid for in its own right, and neither is a feature of a tier.

Warehouse Essentials. Price per month: $79. Quote credits per month: none of its own, drawn instead from the Subscription Tier the Organization holds. Invoice audits: none of its own, drawn instead from the Subscription Tier the Organization holds.

LanePilot Warehouse. Price per month: $119. Quote credits per month: none of its own, drawn instead from the Subscription Tier the Organization holds. Invoice audits: none of its own, drawn instead from the Subscription Tier the Organization holds.

An Organization holds at most one of the two warehouse products at a time. Either is purchased in addition to a Subscription Tier, never instead of one. Neither carries quote credits, invoice audits or dispute letters of its own, and subscribing to either neither adds to those allowances nor takes any of them away. An Organization that wants only the warehouse system holds the free plan and subscribes to Warehouse Essentials or to LanePilot Warehouse, and it keeps the free plan's 5 monthly quote credits, 7 monthly invoice audits and 2 monthly dispute letters in full.

Because neither warehouse product is a Subscription Tier, neither is a row in the table above, in the dispute letter table below, or in the per-quote overage table below. Each price is the single figure stated in the paragraphs above, repeated in Section 4. The quote allowance, the dispute letter allowance and the per-quote overage rate that apply to an Organization holding a warehouse product are those of the Subscription Tier that Organization holds. Either warehouse product may be held on any Subscription Tier except Pause. Section 4 describes the trial, what each warehouse product includes, and what happens where an Organization elects Pause or does not subscribe.

Dispute letters. Each tier includes a monthly allowance of dispute letters, stated below. Dispute letter generation is described in Section 12 of the Terms.

Per-quote overage. Each tier's monthly quote allowance is included in its price. Where a quote is taken beyond that allowance, the rate below applies to each additional quote and is added to your next invoice as a line item. LanePilot does not take a separate payment and does not require a new checkout for overage. These are the rates Section 6.5 of the Terms refers to. If you believe an overage line item on your invoice is wrong, raise it under the billing dispute procedure in Section 9.4 of the Terms.

Monthly overage cap. Overage on a tier that carries a per-quote rate is capped each month at twice that tier's monthly price. The caps are $138 on Shipper, $318 on Professional and $458 on Professional+. Where an Organization reaches its cap, quoting pauses and LanePilot asks the Organization to confirm that it wants to continue or to move to a higher tier. Nothing is billed beyond the cap without that confirmation. The cap exists so that an unusually heavy month, or an integration behaving unexpectedly, cannot produce an invoice out of all proportion to the plan. It is not a limit on how much an Organization may quote, and an Organization that confirms may continue.

Command is a soft cap. Command includes 500 quotes each month. Quotes taken beyond that allowance are neither blocked nor billed, and the monthly overage cap above does not apply to Command because Command carries no per-quote rate. Where an Organization exceeds its included allowance in two consecutive calendar months, LanePilot will contact that Organization to discuss enterprise pricing.

One free account per company, generally. The free plan is generally offered once per business email domain. The first person to register on that domain creates the account and receives the bonus credits above. LanePilot may permit additional free accounts for a company's affiliates or separate operating units. Terms Section 6.2 states LanePilot's discretion to suspend or consolidate accounts created to circumvent this limit.

Monthly credits expire. Bonus credits do not. The 5 monthly quote credits reset at the start of each month, and any left unused when the month ends expire. The 15 sign-up credits and the 10 Flight Path credits are each granted once, do not expire, and remain until used. Because the monthly allowance expires and the bonus does not, the monthly allowance is always spent first and bonus credits are drawn only after it is exhausted. That order is deliberate and leaves the customer with the most credits.

The free plan's 7 monthly invoice audits are a flat allowance, with no bonus and no rollover.

The free plan also includes booking and tracking, and audit findings with a running total of money identified. The free plan does not include the warehouse system. Warehouse access is the trial described in Section 4.1, followed by a subscription to Warehouse Essentials or LanePilot Warehouse, and either may be held on the free plan. The free plan itself requires no payment card. The Warehouse trial requires no payment card either. Subscribing to Warehouse Essentials or LanePilot Warehouse, or adding paid seats, does require one.

A separate and different allowance: a business that has never registered may request up to 5 audits through the public free-audit page or by emailing an intake address. That is a lifetime allowance of 5 audits per company for businesses without an account, and it is not the monthly account meter described above. The two are separate and are not combined. LanePilot may change this trial limit, and the current limit is displayed on the free-audit page.

These are two different products and are not interchangeable.

The Owner may receive freight without a Dock User seat, and so may any other member of the Organization's crew whose role permits receiving. A Dock User seat gives a dedicated dock worker their own restricted login, and it is a convenience rather than a requirement for receiving.

No Dock User seat is included with Warehouse Essentials or with LanePilot Warehouse. Each is purchased separately at the price above. A Dock User seat cannot be held without one of the two warehouse products, and neither warehouse product requires a paid freight plan, so Dock User seats are available on any Subscription Tier that carries a warehouse product, including the free plan. Dock User seats are available during the Warehouse trial described in Section 4.1 and are charged at the price above from the day they are added, because the seat is a separate product and the trial covers the warehouse subscription only. Neither warehouse product nor a Dock User seat may be held on the Pause tier, as Section 4.6 states. A seat count cannot be reduced below the number of Dock Users already on the Organization's crew.

Each is a standalone product, not a feature of a freight Subscription Tier and not a Subscription Tier itself. Either is bought in addition to the Subscription Tier the Organization holds, never instead of one, which is why Section 1 prices them beside the tiers without listing them as tiers. Neither requires a paid freight subscription, and either may be held on any Subscription Tier except Pause, including the free plan. A customer who wants only the warehouse system can hold the free plan, subscribe to Warehouse Essentials or LanePilot Warehouse, and use it without quoting or booking freight through LanePilot. Neither carries quote credits, invoice audits or dispute letters of its own. Those allowances are the ones Section 1 states for the Subscription Tier the Organization holds, and subscribing to a warehouse product neither adds to them nor takes any of them away.

4.1 The Warehouse trial

The warehouse system is visible to an Organization that has not started its trial, but it is read-only until the trial is confirmed. An Organization that has not previously held a warehouse product may begin a free trial. The trial requires no payment card and nothing is charged when it ends.

The trial begins only when the Organization explicitly confirms it, from a prompt presented in the warehouse. Nothing starts the trial automatically, and opening a page or creating a record does not begin it. Once confirmed, the trial runs for 37 days from the moment of confirmation, covering both setting up and using the warehouse.

Throughout the trial the Organization has the complete LanePilot Warehouse feature set described in Section 4.3, and the volume limits in Section 4.4 do not apply.

The trial is offered once per Organization. LanePilot may extend a trial at its discretion where an Organization is part way through setting up its warehouse. The trial is not available on the Pause tier.

When the trial ends, the Organization subscribes to Warehouse Essentials or to LanePilot Warehouse to continue. An Organization that subscribes to neither is covered by Section 4.5, and nothing is charged.

4.2 What Warehouse Essentials includes, at $79 per month

Warehouse Essentials runs the warehouse. What these features have in common is that they RECORD what happens on your dock and in your building.

The dock queue and the printable dock sheet.

The inbound shipment list, lookup by PRO number or purchase order number, and shipment detail and editing.

Assigning receivers to inbound shipments.

Receiving check-in from end to end, including capture of overage, shortage, and damage (OS&D), line items, SKU assignment, full receive, undo, and completion, together with the printable receiving sheet.

Purchase orders from end to end, including creation, editing, status changes, confirmations, archiving and unarchiving, line items, and purchase order number formats.

Vendors, including vendor notes and vendor contracts.

The SKU catalog and SKU search.

Inventory records, including manual quantity edits, pulls, and dispositions.

Cycle counts, including blind counts and count approval.

Stock moves from end to end, including creation, printing, in-transit status, deferral, cancellation, line completion, sign-off, verification, and rejection.

Adjustment approvals.

Inventory movement history, the record of every quantity change and the reason for it.

Bin locations, including bulk archive and restore.

Warehouse settings and number formats.

Bulk CSV imports of purchase orders, SKUs, and inventory.

Warehouse Essentials is intended to run a real warehouse without limit of time. An Organization does not need LanePilot Warehouse in order to receive freight, keep its inventory accurate, move stock, count inventory, or keep its ordinary operational records.

4.3 What LanePilot Warehouse adds, at $119 per month

LanePilot Warehouse includes everything in Section 4.2 and adds the features below. What these have in common is that they put a dollar value on what Section 4.2 recorded, and help you collect it.

The visual warehouse map, with digital bin locations.

Shipping guides and the Receiving Guide.

Products, product recipes, and builds, covering assembly and raw-material processing.

Outbound fulfillment from end to end, including contents-first shipment creation, the printable packing slip, and automatic inventory deduction when a shipment ships.

Vendor chargeback letters, generated for you to send yourself.

Vendor scorecards and scorecard share links.

Vendor lead times.

Purchase-order-to-invoice reconciliation.

Bulk editing of inventory and purchase order records.

Ledger reconciliation.

Inventory aging and expiring stock.

Reorder suggestions, reorder snooze, and reorder alert emails.

Drafted cycle count lists, where LanePilot selects what to count. An Organization holding Warehouse Essentials creates a cycle count by choosing what to count itself, which Section 4.2 includes and this paragraph does not remove.

The IRA score.

Freight cost analytics and inbound KPIs.

The daily receiving digest email.

The volume limits in Section 4.4 do not apply to LanePilot Warehouse.

4.4 Warehouse Essentials volume limits

Warehouse Essentials includes the volumes below. They do not apply during the trial and they do not apply to LanePilot Warehouse.

Storage areas are the one measure in this table where moving to LanePilot Warehouse does not remove the limit entirely. LanePilot Warehouse allows up to 7 storage areas. The Warehouse trial described in Section 4.1 also allows up to 7 storage areas.

The monthly measures are deliberately not enforced by refusal. LanePilot will not stop an Organization receiving freight part way through a month, because a dock that stops is an operational failure rather than a prompt to upgrade. The two counted measures reset at the beginning of each new period and do not roll over.

4.5 Where an Organization does not subscribe

Where a Warehouse trial ends and the Organization subscribes to neither warehouse product, or where an Organization cancels a warehouse subscription, LanePilot does not delete the Organization's warehouse records.

SKUs, inventory balances, bin locations, purchase orders, vendors, receiving records, OS&D records, historical transactions and warehouse configuration all remain readable. New warehouse transactions are not accepted until the Organization subscribes to Warehouse Essentials or LanePilot Warehouse. Nothing is charged while the records are held in this state, and there is no time limit on it.

On subscribing, the same warehouse resumes with its records intact. No reconfiguration and no re-import is required. This paragraph is subject to the retention and deletion rules in Section 21 of the Terms, which continue to apply to an Organization that closes its account.

4.6 The warehouse products and the Pause tier

Neither warehouse product may be held on the Pause tier, and neither may a Dock User seat. Pause suspends an Organization's paid subscriptions in full, so an Organization on Pause holds no warehouse subscription and no Dock User seats and is billed for neither. Where an Organization subscribed to a warehouse product elects Pause, access to that product, its Dock User seats and any Coordinator seats ends immediately when the Pause period begins. LanePilot does not refund or credit the days that pass while the Organization is on Pause. An Organization on Pause is billed the Pause price and nothing else. On reactivation, LanePilot restores the same warehouse product and the same seat counts the Organization held immediately before the Pause. Where reactivation happens within a billing period the Organization has already paid for, that product and those seats are restored for the remainder of that period at no further charge, and ordinary billing resumes at the next renewal. Where the paid billing period has already ended, billing for the restored product and seats resumes from the date of reactivation. The Organization's warehouse, receiving and inventory records are preserved in read-only form for the Pause period on the same terms as the rest of its data, under Section 21.2 of the Terms. On resubscribing to a Subscription Tier other than Pause, the Organization may subscribe to a warehouse product again and add Dock User seats again at the prices stated in this Schedule.

4.7 Moving from LanePilot Warehouse to Warehouse Essentials

An Organization that moves from LanePilot Warehouse to Warehouse Essentials may already hold more records than a volume limit in Section 4.4 allows. Where that happens, LanePilot does not delete, archive, or hide any record the Organization already holds. Existing SKUs, bin locations, storage areas and every other warehouse record remain available and readable, and the Organization continues to work with them as it did before.

What changes is creation. The Organization cannot create further records of a measure it is over until it is back within the limit for that measure, or until it subscribes to LanePilot Warehouse. A measure the Organization is already within is unaffected, so being over the active SKU limit does not prevent the Organization creating a bin location.

This concerns the three limits in Section 4.4 that are enforced by refusal: active SKUs, bin locations and storage areas. The storage areas row in that table already states this rule for that measure, and this Section states it for all three. The two monthly measures in that table, receipts and purchase orders, are not enforced by refusal at all, so moving to Warehouse Essentials does not interrupt an Organization part way through a month.

Documents sent to an Organization's intake address are audited automatically, without a further request, as described in Section 6.4 of the Terms. An audit is one carrier invoice matched to its original quote and consumes one audit from the Organization's monthly allowance. An email carrying five invoice-and-quote pairs is five audits.

An invoice that cannot be matched to its original quote consumes nothing, because without the quote no audit has actually happened. Quote documents received with no carrier invoice are not audited and are not charged, and an audit that fails because a document is unreadable is not charged. A customer can turn automatic auditing off in Settings.

The Founding Discount is a fixed, closed promotion rather than a changeable price. Its terms, including the 10% rate, the limit of 25 redemptions, the rule that it applies to every recurring and usage charge on an Organization's invoice rather than to any single price in this Schedule, and the circumstances in which it ends, are stated in Section 8 of the Terms and are not repeated here.

Because the Founding Discount applies to every recurring charge on the invoice, it reaches Warehouse Essentials at $79 per month and LanePilot Warehouse at $119 per month on the same footing as every other charge. No separate provision is needed and none is made here.

This Section states the current economic terms for the referral program governed by Section 8A of the Terms. The version recorded when a referral is first attributed governs that referral's qualification window, required purchase, reward values, and cap. A later version applies only to referrals first attributed on or after its effective date and does not reduce a reward already attributed or vested. This version lock applies to the referral reward, not to the price of a later recurring subscription, which remains subject to Section 9.3 of the Terms and this Schedule's change rules.

7.1 Current reward values

7.2 New referred Organization offer

A valid FOUNDING10 redemption reduces the two-month advance payment to $626.40 at current prices. During month 3, the covered recurring products remain $0. Other billable products, seats, usage, and overage are not waived by the referral reward and remain subject to FOUNDING10 under the Terms.

7.3 Monthly referrer reward

Coordinator seats, Dock User seats, overage, usage, and other separately purchased items remain billable.

7.4 Annual referrer reward

An annual credit is non-transferable, applies only if the Organization completes the eligible annual freight-tier renewal, and has no cash value. A participant missing a reward product receives the missing access rather than a cash payment or unused-value credit.

7.5 Qualification, attribution, and vesting

Qualification window: 30 days from first valid use of the referral link or code.

Required purchase: two months of Professional+ and LanePilot Warehouse prepaid in one cleared transaction.

Attribution: the valid referral code accepted at Organization account creation is locked and cannot later be replaced.

Vesting: after the advance payment clears and remains non-refunded, non-reversed, and free of chargeback, subject to the eligibility and fraud rules in Section 8A of the Terms.

Reward timing: the referred Organization receives month 3. The referrer receives its next available Reward Month after qualification.

7.6 Cap and sequencing

An eligible referrer may earn no more than three Reward Months in any rolling 12-month period. The counting date is the date each referral qualifies. Multiple rewards run consecutively and never overlap. A fourth referral inside the same rolling period creates no deferred reward.

7.7 FOUNDING10 calculation

The FOUNDING10 value is the discounted equivalent and is not discounted a second time. FOUNDING10 continues to apply normally to other eligible charges.

7.8 Notices and exclusions

The referred Organization receives the regular recurring amount and billing-resumption date at enrollment, when month 3 begins, and at least seven days before month 4 billing. Each notice shows the actual expected amount after any valid FOUNDING10 discount.

A referrer receiving temporary Professional+ or LanePilot Warehouse access receives notice before the Reward Month ends and returns to its prior configuration unless it affirmatively elects to keep the products.

No reward is created from a waitlist entry, trial, Pause account, delinquent account, Free plus warehouse-only account, closed account, duplicate account, or test account. Refund, reversal, chargeback, fraud determination, or account closure before a Reward Month begins cancels the unstarted reward as stated in Section 8A of the Terms.

An Organization on Professional or above may generate AI-written reports on its own performance data, either a deep dive on a single metric or a brief overall summary. Each report draws one quote credit from the same pool as a rate quote, which is the rule stated in Section 6.3 of the Terms. Reports are not available on the free plan or on Shipper.

A report that is not delivered draws no quote credit. Where there is not enough data to produce a report, LanePilot generates nothing and charges nothing. Where an Organization has no quote credits remaining, the per-quote overage rate in Section 1 applies to a report on the same terms as it applies to a rate quote, and LanePilot names the amount and asks for confirmation before generating anything.
